One of the better stories in Jewellery Quarter.. I spent a day going around all the stories in the area and none matched the expertise and care from Marlow. Make sure to go in and wait for Marianne, she was fantastic,

highly knowledgeable, understood my needs and ideas I had in my head and showed me a ring I was totally happy with. After needing a couple nights to sleep on the ring before purchase, I went back to try and catch Marianne, and there were already 2 other people waiting to see her. The wait was totally worth it, she remembered me and knew exactly which ring I looked at and made me feel totally confident in my purchase. I will be returning to Marlows (Marianne) for any future needs.

Took my wife to Marlows to get an Engagement Ring upgrade, felt I'd let her down 40 years ago!. We were made very welcome and had a number of options presented to us for the price bracket requested. Diamond and ring

selected we went for a light lunch and returned an hour later to collect her beautiful ring. With a slightly miss shaped wedding ring finger from years of a tightening wedding band, Marlows also re-sized this. For sentimental reasons, my wife wanted to keep the baby diamond from the 40 years old ring and Marlows mounted this into a halo pendant and chain for her.Four weeks later and we returned to have the ring finally sized following this period of rest for her finger and it is now perfect. We have also been told to revisit "every" 12 months for a clean/check/resize if required as part of the brilliant service.
